What is your Delivery/Shipping Policy? TOP
We only ship within the US. All orders ship within 2-6 weeks of the order date. Most all of our items are custom designed per order. We always ship USPS Priority or Express Mail. Once an order ships, it generally takes 2-3 days business days for you to receive your order.
*Some items may be shipped out seperately depending on availability.
What forms of payment do you accept? TOP
We want to make your shopping experience with us an easy one! We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express. *All payments are accepted by a secure web server! We also accept all major credit cards, direct transfers & e-checks through PayPal.
Do you take custom bow orders? TOP
Absolutely! We love doing custom bow orders!! You may place your order under our 'Custom Orders' category. If you have a particular outfit you need a bow to match, you are more than welcome to email a picture of the outfit to us. There is a better chance of the custom bow matching the outfit if you provide us with a picture of the outfit. We are sure to create the perfect custom bow for you & your princess!
What is your Privacy Policy? TOP
Customer security is a top priority to us. We have taken steps to maintain your privacy. We will never sell, lease or share any of our customer's personal information. Any information collected is used for order processing only.
What type of ribbon do you use on your products? TOP
Most of our bows are made with grosgrain ribbon that is made in the USA. We also use satin, velvet and organza ribbon.
What if I did not receive everything in my order? TOP
Don't worry! We are working hard to get your items out to you as soon as we can. Some items may be shipped out separately depending on availability.
What is the difference between an alligator clip & a barrette clip? TOP

What sizes do your headbands fit? TOP
Our headbands are ideal for infants & toddlers. They are very soft & stretchy. These headbands will fit from newborn to approx. 5 years old. The headbands will never leave those deep cutting marks on your babies head. They are light weight & made for comfort.
What is your Return/Cancellation Policy? TOP
All of our items are custom handcrafted as ordered. Due to the handmade nature of our items, some ribbons/flowers are seasonal & are not always in stock. We use colors/styles of similar ribbons/flowers if we are out of stock in certain supplies. Our custom-designed items, made-to-order items and/or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. "All sales are final". Unless we make a mistake in processing your order. Once an order is placed, it can not be canceled.
What is your Refund Policy? TOP
All of our products are handcrafted and cannot be returned or exchanged. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns and cannot refund any item(s) purchased.
